Cornucopia Concept Caterers

After a bounteous meal, featuring international foods from around the globe,
Chef Nic of Cornucopia Concept Caterers capped off the event with
lovely fig and cheese dessert pastries and local Dragon Crisp Apples (pictured).
This event, held on Sunday, November 16th, was educational
for all the attendees, as we learned about the history of the dishes served,
and the way food and spices made their way to new parts
of the world through trade and migration.
A feast for the body and the mind!!
