Join the Great Give Back as Woodbury Public Library patrons collect special items to benefit residents of Fearless! Hudson Valley, a shelter in Newburgh. During October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, you can help create Welcome Baskets for new shelter residents with items they can take when transitioning out of shelter. Items needed include a laundry basket containing a set of twin size sheets, a blanket or comforter, pillow, bath and hand towel and wash cloth. Your generosity is greatly appreciated by the community. Donations will be accepted from October 15th through 31st. Only new items can be accepted at this time.
